Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed in Lifessenz’s account.
Order processing may take up to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Customers may request modifications to their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
If no modification request is received within this period, the order will be processed as originally submitted.
Customers may choose their preferred courier from the available options during checkout.
If the selected courier partner does not service your location, we will recommend an alternative.
Lifessenz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Strikes or shutdowns
Courier operational issues
Any unforeseen external circumstances
Lifessenz reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion.
If payment has already been received, the full amount will be refunded, and the customer will be notified via email.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a 75% refund, with 25% deducted as processing and handling fees.
If a package is delivered and the customer rejects the shipment, only 50% of the total order value will be refunded.
